Remeber when little 13 year old JoJo burst onto the scene a few years ago with catchy little pop songs that scored on the charts and in the stores.  Well JoJo, who has sold over 5 million records worldwide, is in the midst of making a new CD for release later this year and is a few months from turning 18.  The 17 year old attended the 10th Anniversary Inspiration Awards Gala-Step Up Women’s Network Honors Kelly Rutherford event last night in New York.  Well she worked the red carpet like a pro in a sexy and revealing dress that turned plenty of heads.
