Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen have put their 53 window,12 room 5,725-square-foot West Village penthouse at One Morton Square for $11.995 million. City records show that they paid $7.3 million in December 2004 but have been renting the penthouse out for some time now for $35,000 a month. It's great to be rich!
